Welcome to the Doddington’s Doings website
Doddington is a village full of history, situated in Cambridgeshire. Set in Fenland, between Chatteris and March. We have two churches (St. Mary’s church and the Methodist Church) , with around nine hundred houses.
We have many clubs to suit everyone, the Girl Guides, Scouts, Womens Institute, the womens section of the Royal British Legion, Short Mat Bowls Club, Outdoor Bowls Club, Cricket Club and an Under 5′s
group, ran by mums and many more! With the two public houses (The Three Tuns and The George) you are never going to be bored here. Every year without fail the village puts on a carnival, this year it will be on the 3rd July. A stunning sight with around 19 floats as well as marching bands and a sports day to follow at the Recreation Field.
For a list of contacts for local clubs please view the contacts page.
There are many footpaths around the village to soak up those fantastic Fenland views. Welney wildlife centre close by and the RSPB reserve, Ouse Washes at Manea.
