Last 2 Act Doddington Village Hall Poster
Doddington Village Hall is hosting a 1950s-style “whodunnit?” event next week, with all proceeds going to Macmillan Cancer Support.
Called ‘The Last Act’, the reenactment will start at 2.30pm on April 5 and finish at 5.30pm. Tickets are £5.
Attendees will be challenged to “solve the mystery” while enjoying refreshments and the opportunity to win prizes in a raffle.
The poster states: “The reconstruction of events is taken from the 1950 Casebook of Inspector Limflohn Jairwy and is based on the happenings at Dodwich Village Hall on that fateful afternoon in March 1950…”
1950s dress is optional, but there is a prize available for the best dressed.
For more information or to buy tickets, contact John Fry (01354 740141) or Ged Bishop (01354 740240).
