A replacement road safety barrier has been erected following Monday’s vehicle collision outside Lionel Walden School in Doddington.
The incident led to one person with “slight injuries”, one driver arrested for drink-driving and a “completely flattened” road safety barrier.
Lionel Walden headmaster David Barron told the Doings that a new road safety barrier was put up around 7pm last night (26 March).
Parents should be aware that there is still debris from the incident, including broken glass and plastic, on the pavement and road near Acorn Video.
